Richard's background and experience includes more than 2 decades of employment in various marketing and sales positions within the U.S. (capital equipment) machine tool industry.
During his industry employment tenure, Mr. Erschik was introduced to a pervasive problem that exists between typical companies' marketing and sales departments. Specifically, in the way their sales inquiries/leads are managed (or mismanaged) resulting in no new business sales conversion or tangible ROI metrics for marketing dollars.
In 1986 Richard developed a unique sales lead response, qualification and management process and solution to the problem, around which he founded a national service organization to help other companies "Bridge the Chasm" that exists between their marketing and sales departments.
Today, Leads to Sales Inc. serves progressive companies from coast-to-coast with a unique outsource service alternative to in-house inefficiencies relating to sales lead response, qualification, and management.
Richard conducts national seminars, workshops and consulting sessions for professional marketing, publishing and trade show management oganizations, and individual companies in which he teaches the methodically behind the unique sales lead management process he developed. The take-away from his session is the ability to clone his process and convert leads to sales.
